A third teenage girl in the so-called "hit list" case in Hardin County has been found not guilty. The girl's case was tried before Juvenile Judge James Rapp on Monday according to the Lima News. Two other girls admitted to compiling a list of people at Kenton Middle School they did not like, one of them writing "hit list" at the top of the paper. Those girls were convicted of disorderly conduct and received a small jail sentence. The acquitted girl told Judge Rapp that she had nothing to do with the list and was only asked to provide the name of a boy she liked. She said she had no idea what the two other girls were up to.
