Tragedy In Ottawa: Fay Pleads Not Guilty To Grand Theft

17 year-old Michael Fay pleaded not guilty to charges of grand theft, a fourth degree felony, in Putnam County juvenile court this afternoon before Judge Michael Borer. The assistant county prosecutor Todd Schroeder informed Judge Borer that Fey could face additional charges later on according to the Putnam County Sentinel. Fay will be detained at the Wood County juvenile detention center as the case progresses. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office says Fay was taken into custody in Columbus Thursday, and then gave them the location of the bodies of 17-year-old Blake Romes and 14-year-old Blaine Romes. An autopsy on the Romes brothers was set for today in Lucas County.
